Founder
Founded by Don DeWitt in Chicago. Don’s background is in logistics and systems thinking — planning, sequencing, and executing complex projects. StrataSpeed combines his long-term passion for motorsports and themed entertainment with a disciplined, engineering-first approach to IP, safety, and rollout. He is focused on taking the concept from patent and simulation into a flagship venue and ultimately a global network of tracks.

The Ask
StrataSpeed is currently preparing an initial raise focused on Phase 1: engineering validation and prototype planning. Capital will support detailed structural and ride engineering, simulations, refined safety modeling, early sponsor conversations, and groundwork for a flagship site.
The long-term vision is a flagship venue that proves the format — then a network of tracks, branded competitions, and media-ready events that create a new entertainment category on par with Formula 1 and leading theme parks.
